Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue and click 'buy now' on any items that you wish to purchase and put them into the shopping cart. When you have finished your selection, click on 'Order' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
All prices are given in British Pounds (GBP)
We use a secure method of receiving payments, PAYPAL. For your first purchase only, you will be directed to register with Paypal. Registration is simple and speedy.
If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency. Please note that you are responsible to declaring any local sales taxes or duties that might apply to you.
On each page in the shop, we have a currency converter which you can click to work out how much the price is in your currency.
We do not charge for any item until it is shipped.
Delivery Schedule
We ship immediately if we have stock and thereafter as soon as we receive new stock. If there is likely to be a significant delay, we will contact you to let you know
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we can back order for you should you wish. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, Where applicable VAT is included in the price. For non UK or EU buyers, you may have a local sales tax that you need to consider and declare when importing from another country.
Credit Card Security
We use the secure payment method of PayPal. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Guarantee
We are confident that you will be happy with your purchase but if not, we will accept returns of goods according to our returns policy. Please remember to give your full details within the returned package and the reason for your return.

Returns Policy
Of course, if you are not satisfied with your goods, please return them to us at Highbridge, Crugsillick Cottage, Ruanhighlanes, Truro, Cornwall UK TR2 5JP in the original packaging and in the same condition as you received them and we will refund the value of the goods. Unfortunately, postage cannot be refunded unless the goods were deliver faulty or not as described on this site.
Please remember to include your name and address and the reason for the return.
We advise customers outside of the UK to e-mail us in advance of returning goods.
